Basic Screening – We will utilize our large network of contacts, including contacting industry organizations that we have memberships, our company’s own network of contacts, and postings and job boards. Our staff reviews resumes and reaches out to potential candidates on your behalf. If they are interested we forward their resume to you.
Advanced Screening – Beyond basic screening, we will conduct an evaluation via Zoom to ensure the candidate is qualified, interested in the position and meets requirements. Notes from the interview are forwarded to you.
